What to do

Retry with the same
Idempotency-Key— if the original did take effect, the replay returns the existing resource instead of duplicating it. -
If it persists, contact support with the
request_idfrom the response body; it correlates your call with our traces end to end. -
A
500whose body is only{"message": …}comes from the gateway in front of the API and carries norequest_id. Retry it the same way and log the UTC time and the operation; see API errors.
