Church registration paused

New church registration is paused for your account. POST /v1/churches and POST /v1/churches/import return this error.

Churches you already registered keep working. Retrying, with the same Idempotency-Key, a request that already created a church returns that church; for an import, every row of the batch must have been created by that earlier request. A new key, or the same reference sent with a new key, gets this error.

Contact Roster to resume. Don't retry automatically while the pause is active.
