POST /v1/churches/{id}/verification for a church Roster has already verified. Nothing was submitted and nothing changed.

Treat it as done: a pipeline that resubmits every church can count this answer as success. Check GET /v1/churches/{id} for payout_ready, which also depends on the receiving account.

To change a verified church's legal details, write to support@rostergiving.com with the church ID.
