List the sandbox test values (sandbox only)
The values that drive outcomes in the sandbox, in one read: the test phone numbers and their code, the numbers whose identity check is held in review, the EINs that verify a church or hold it for a manual check, the bank account endings that decide the receiving-account result, and the test bank login a test donor uses to add the account a refund goes to. Use them instead of inventing fixtures; they are the same values published in the certification guide.
