Refunds

Return a donation, in full or in part, to the donor's bank account: create a refund, read it, list the refunds of a donation, cancel one. A refund is pending while it moves, requires_action while Roster waits for the donor's bank account, and ends succeeded, failed or canceled; refund.created and refund.updated report every change, and donation.updated carries the refunded total.
